Combining her philanthropic fervor and real estate expertise she has actively participated in several conservation real estate transactions including: Herring Creek Farm, The Nature Conservancy, the Farm Institute, and as the seller’s agent for 84 acres of land to the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank.
The Magic That Surrounds Martha’s Vineyard
The feeling is undefinable and indescribable – but it pulls people to its shores and invites them to a full and blissful lifestyle. As year-round residents for almost 20 years, we feel strongly that the Vineyard would not be the Vineyard if it weren’t for its people’s strong commitment to philanthropy. Suzanne Lanzone & Daughters donates a portion of every real estate transaction to the island’s non-profit community, specifically to the non-profit of the seller’s choice. This action demonstrates and encourages a sustainable model for all island business owners as our joint efforts will ensure the preservation of our island home. Support goes to the land and to the people, to the arts & to education.
The Martha’s Vineyard Donors Collaborative
An advocacy organization devoted to strengthening the non-profit community on the Vineyard. It does this by increasing the total amount of money donated to Vineyard charitable organizations and by helping those organizations improve their own capabilities through workshops and technical assistance.
